本設備廣泛用于水產品、各類家禽、牲畜內臟調味后的食品脫水干燥，如風干雞、鴨、鵝、鮐魚、沙丁魚、蝦類、貝類、魷魚等產品的冷風干燥。

工作原理

在一個密閉的空間內設置有蒸發(fā)器和冷凝器以及循環(huán)風機。室內的空氣經(jīng)過蒸發(fā)器被降溫脫水再經(jīng)過冷凝器升溫變成干燥的氣體,然后由循環(huán)風機循環(huán),干燥的空氣再與貨物進行熱濕交換變成溫度較大的空氣,然后經(jīng)過蒸發(fā)器低溫脫水和冷凝器的升溫干燥。從而進行往復不斷的循環(huán),達到干燥貨物的目的。

 

 There have evaporator, condenser and circulating fans in a close space. The air in the room is cooled anddehydrated by the evaporator and then heated by the condenser to become a dry gas. The dry air is thencirculated by the circulating fan. The dry air is then exchanged with the cargo for heat and moisture tobecome a hot air, and then passed through the evaporator.
